2017 Essex Street Farmer's Market
Open Tuesdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
July 11 through October 17, 2017
Anna Parker Playground - 120 Essex Street in the parking lot area
The market will feature fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers,
seafood, and homemade goods.

The theme this year is Build a Better World
Kids, Teens, and Adults are invited to participate in the annual program.
Earn prizes and have fun while you read!

The theme of Saugus Public School Summer Reading Program
is the great state of Massachusetts, its heroes and history.   
All Saugus Public School students in grades K thru 5 are encouraged to
read 20 minutes each night and are required to write reports on 3 books. 
The Library has purchased extra copies of titles on the lists.      . . . more

for children in Kindergarten and older
at the Saugus Public Library

Tuesdays  from 3:30 to 4:30 pm

Join the fun as we plant, care for, and taste garden treats
with volunteers from the Saugus Garden Club.
We grow flowers, herbs, vegetables, a pizza garden and a fairy garden too!
Every week we do a fun project with tastings, crafts, and story time.

Calling all Toddlers, Tots, and Preschoolers ages 2 - 6 !

The Park Rangers at Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site invite you
to attend free monthly story-time and activity sessions around the park!
Bring your favorite adult and learn about the special places, objects, living things
and stories the National Park Service protects.
 
Create crafts to take home
each time and receive a special prize for attending all sessions!
Meet at the Saugus Iron Works Visitor Center (244 Central St., Saugus)
from 10:00 to 11:00 am on the following dates:

Mondays:  June 19 - July 17 - August 15 - September 11 - October 23

36th Annual Saugus Founders Day Event
