The American Legion hall is handicap accessible.
The Auxiliary ladies are busy working on mini American flags which are sent
to servicemen and women overseas. Each flag is folded, encased in a small
plastic bag, with a prayer poem inserted. These mini flags can be carried in
any one of the many pockets of their uniforms.
So far the ladies have folded over 300 flags and they are working on their
second 300. If you have a service person serving overseas and you would like us to send some
flags to them, please call 781-233-1677 and leave a message.
Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
The ladies' Auxiliary also collects pop tabs, Betty Crocker coupons,
magazines, old keys, cancelled stamps, preemie bonnets and
preemie blankets.
