Healthy Lifestyle Program at the Saugus Public Library

Don is a Lifestyle Design Consultant, Master of Fitness Design, Culinary Consultant,
Chef, Master of Fitness Sciences with 20 years in the fitness industry to go along with
his restaurant experience.  He uses this expertise to craft programs that will create a
profound life change.  Don was also a chef at Hilltop Steakhouse for 36 years.

Board of Trustee Meetings
The Saugus Public Library Board of Trustees have added a “Citizen’s Forum” to the
Trustees Board Meeting Agenda.  The Trustees want to hear from you, and extend
an invitation to the public to attend any of our meetings.  We hope to see you there.

Meetings from September to June at 6:00 pm on the first Thursday of the month
in the Saugus Library Community Room.

New Friends of the Saugus Public Library

A group of people interested in improving the Library building,
programs, services, & collections.
They sponsor activities and provide services which benefit
and stimulate interest in the Saugus Public Library.

The New Friends of the Saugus Public Library meet at 6:00 pm
on the first Wednesday of the month (September to June)
in the Library Conference Room.  

To become a member, fill out the Membership Form  
and drop it off or mail it to the Library with your annual membership dues.

Use the on-line Library Catalogue to find and reserve a book

Don’t forget that you can log on to your library account from the convenience of home
to check if the library has
a book or DVD.  You can also reserve or renew material.
All you need is your library card number and PIN number.
If you don’t have a PIN number, stop by the library to request one.

Saugus Digital Documents are Accessible
on the Internet Archive

an online collection of internet sites and other cultural artifacts in digital form.
The Archive preserves originals and makes them available at the click of a mouse.

High School Yearbooks, Annual Reports, Lists of Persons,
and other Town Documents  are also available.

Most of the Middle School Yearbooks are now online at the Archive!

The project was Federally funded through the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.  
Scanning was done by the Digital Services Department of the Boston Public Library.
All documents will eventually reside on the
Digital Commonwealth.
