Daylight Saving Time starts Sunday March 14, 2010 at 2:00 am
   Turn your clocks ahead one hour and remember to:

   "Change your clock, Change your battery."

   On Sunday 3/14/10, when we change our clocks ahead to
   Daylight Saving Time, we should also remember to change the
   batteries in our smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.

Scholarship Applications for SHS 2010 Graduates
   Deadlines are Approaching

   applications for available scholarships.


SAVE is offering a $500.00 Environmental Scholarship
to a Saugus Resident of the Graduating Class of 2010. 
This is a scholarship for a student who will be attending
a two/four-year college or other educational institution
and pursuing a degree in an area that would positively

The Sean LeBlanc Memorial Scholarship
Saugus River Watershed Council is now accepting applications
for the $500.00 Environmental Leadership Scholarship
 To be eligible, applicants must be graduating from high school during
the Spring of 2010, must be enrolled in a college course of study beginning
September 2010, and live in one of the following eleven communities that are part
of the Saugus River watershed:  Saugus, Lynn, Wakefield, Revere, Lynnfield,
Malden, Melrose, Everett, Reading, Peabody and Stoneham.
