Pleasure Island Walking Tours
Saturday June 20 and Sunday June 21
Bob McLaughlin will conduct walking tours
of the former Pleasure Island Park
at Edgewater Office Park
located off of Audubon Road in Wakefield
(Rt 128 – exit 42).
We will meet in the first parking lot
on the left side of Edgewater Drive.
Tour schedule: Saturday, June 20th at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
and Sunday, June 21st at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm The tours are free.

These walking tours are being held during a historic weekend - 50 years ago on Saturday, June 20th, Pleasure Island hosted a VIP press party and on Sunday, June 21st a charity event.

The park opened to the public on Monday morning, June 22, 1959.
