in search of wildlife tracks and signs.

You may be surprised by the variety of animal species that have recently moved into our urban parks. If there is snow, we might be lucky enough to discover the trails of coyote, fisher, deer, otter, and other animals normally associated with distant wilderness.
Two miles or less will be covered at a slow pace. Remember to wear warm clothes and sturdy footwear.
