The Saugus Public Library's Children's Department is hosting Ms. Jennifer Hilbert on Tuesday, March 18th at 7:00pm! Ms. Hilbert is a speech and language pathologist currently working for the Saugus school system. She will be presenting a program on speech and language development for young children, full of helpful tips and tricks for parents.
